How do I cancel my subscription?

How to cancel your BoxHero subscription:

  1. Open the BoxHero on desktop
  2. On the left menu, click Payment Settings > Payment
  3. Click Unsubscribe

After unsubscribing from the Business Plan, you can use the service until the next payment date, and it will stop automatic billing.

You can always restore your cancellation before your billing date as well.

However, a refund or reimbursement is unavailable for the already paid amount.
