Editing Accessibility

You can edit accessibility by selecting the limit you want to change in Box on the right side of the product and member and please click Edit.

💡

If a card for international payment is not inserted, editing accessibility will be unavailable. Please input your card or contact the support center.

Adding accessibility is $10 per month per 1,000 products and $5 per member per month. The pop-up that comes out when you click 'Edit' will automatically calculate today's payment amount and annual rate after the change.

Please check the box saying "I have checked the above information" and click Done to pay with your registered card. Then BoxHero will change your accessibility immediately.

💡

If you have credit when you expand your accessibility, you will use the credit first and pay the remaining amount.

Changing Billing Cycle

By clicking Change Billing Cycle at the top right of subscription info, you can change your billing cycle from monthly to yearly and from yearly to monthly.

You can also check for the payment amount and what cycle you are on.

If your accessibility is being expanded, the total price will automatically be calculated, and it will change the payment date to the day of the change.

Please check the box saying "I have checked the above information" and click Done to pay with your registered card. Then BoxHero will change your billing cycle immediately.

💡

If changing from yearly plan to monthly plan, the remaining balance cannot be refunded and will be transferred to a credit to be deducted from your future payment bills.
