With this guide, you can set up the integration easily and quickly.

☝️Signing up & Creating a Team

Sign-up

Please install the BoxHero app from Shopify and click Integrate Team at the bottom.

Since you’re new to BoxHero, it will direct you to the BoxHero signup page.

BoxHero supports a variety of sign-up methods, including:

  • Google, Kakao, Apple Easy Login
  • Email Login

You can also sign up from the main page of BoxHero and start integration. https://web.boxhero-app.com/login

Team Creation

1. Creating a Team Profile

Please input the team name and memo, and upload the team photo.

You can edit the team info anytime.

2. Choosing a Mode

Currently, integration is only supported in the Basic Mode. Please choose Basic Mode.

3. Personalization

Please check the details for inventory management and click Create Team.

Team creation is now complete! 👏

✌️Initial Team Setting

1. Adding Product Category

Please add categories for additional information such as brand, size, color, etc. other than product names.

You can add categories from Data Center > Category.

2. Company Info

Please save your company's basic information from Payment & Settings > General > Company Info.

3. Inviting Member

If you have team members to manage your inventory with, please invite them as members.

The invitation link will be automatically copied by clicking Invite Link from Payment & Settings > Member & Role.

Please share the invitation link with the members you want to invite.

The initial setting for BoxHero is now finished!

Inventory management becomes smart by integrating Shopify and matching products.

👌Channel & Product Linkage

1. Adding Channel

  1. Purchase & Sales > Integration> Add Channel
  2. Choose Shopify > Add app > Login > Sync Channel > Complete
  3. Click Click Here after the sync is complete

⚠️

When adding a channel, the sales orders for the last two weeks are immediately synced.

If the orders are already created in BoxHero, please delete the automatically synced orders to prevent duplicate processing.

2. Register Products

Let’s register the Shopify products to BoxHero.

You can use Matching Wizard to register products conveniently.

If you haven’t set the categories such as size or color, add them as categories first before using the Matching Wizard.

Easy Product Registration

This feature will allow you to register products from your Shopify store to BoxHero easily.

Select or generate products' barcodes and simply select categories from the dropdown selects to register BoxHero products from the Shopify products.

After selecting them, you can edit each barcode and category, if necessary.

When the Easy Product Registration is completed, it will go back to the Product Linkage page.

Check the matched Shopify and BoxHero products on the Product Linkage page.

You can also change and unmatch the products.

Click Done on the bottom right to save the product linkage.

💡

When syncing sales orders, we don’t sync the products that aren't linked. If any hidden product is included in the order, the order will still be synced, but the order will say Exclude # hidden product(s). Hidden Products can be linked with BoxHero products at any time.

⚠️

A BoxHero product already linked to a channel cannot be linked to another product in the same channel.

To change product linkage after the integration, please go to Integration >...> Change Product Linkage.

3. Sales

After the integration, you can check the automatically synced sales orders in Sales.

Only paid orders will be automatically synced.

💡

If you need to sync an unpaid order, please go to Integration > View Sync Issues > All History and click Update on the right side of the order.

Some synced sales orders may require your confirmation.

An alert will appear at the top of the Sales Order List so please check it out.

  • Changed orders after being synced
  • Unlinked product(s) in orders

💡

If you wish to check all order sync history, you can check from View Sync Issues > All History.
