Stock Audit is a feature for matching quantities if current products and actual products are different. You can use Stock Audit in three ways: selecting products yourself, through barcode scan, and Excel file.
Stock Audit
If input quantity is incorrect in Stock In & Out transaction, you can edit the incorrect transaction.
However, if impossible to check which transactions are incorrectly saved or too many transactions to be corrected, you can do quantity input through Stock Audit.
Selecting Products Yourself
Please click Select Product > Adjust Quantity > Input Memo > Done then stock auditing will be completed.
Completed Stock Audit transactions can be found in the History menu.
Stock Audit through Barcode Scan
Click Scan Barcode, then you can scan barcodes of each product with a barcode scanner to Stock Audit quickly and accurately.
Stock Audit through Excel
If you have many products to Stock Audit or have details made in an Excel file, you can click the Stock Audit via Excel File and upload the Excel file to Stock Audit at once.
