You can quickly edit multiple product information at once by importing Excel files.

You can quickly edit details of multiple products at once by importing Excel files from Data Center > Product> Import Excel > Bulk Edit

Excel File Import

You can upload an Excel file containing product details to be edited OR copy and paste the Excel sheet data into the bottom area.

To edit product details, barcodes must be in the Excel file. Please read Import Excel instructions, check frequently asked questions, or contact the support center if you have any difficulties.

💡
In Data Center, you can click 'Export Excel' to download the product list in an Excel file. Then, after editing it, please upload it.

Matching Category with each Column

BoxHero will automatically match categories if they are on the first row. If it doesn't match, maybe categories' names and the first row have different names. So please select categories yourself after uploading the Excel file.

After matching categories, you can check data before you submit it. If previous data is edited to new data, it will be displayed in green.

If you have a category you don't want to edit, you can select Leave As-Is in the list at the bottom of the category, and if you don't want to edit a product, you can exclude it by clicking X on the left side of the product.

💡
If you submit, it will be edited to imported Excel data and restoring is unavailable so please keep this in mind.
