What can be the Custom Formulas?

An inventory-related variable allows using $ sign to apply formulas with your already accumulated inventory data on BoxHero. All variables are shown based on the designated period. Please refer to the below for more.

Current quantity : Shows product/sub-item’s current quantity.
Number of days : Shows the number of days in a chosen period on Analysis.
Average quantity in a period : Shows the average quantity in the chosen period. The average is calculated by the quantity of 23:59:59 for each date.
Initial quantity in a period : Shows the quantity on 23:59:59 of the prior date from the chosen period.
Final quantity in a period : Shows the quantity on 23:59:59 of the day after from the chosen period.
Total stock-in quantity : Shows the total product/sub-item quantity from stock in.
Stock-in frequency : Shows the number of times stock in has been made.
Total stock-out quantity : Shows the total product/sub-item quantity from stock out.
Weighted stock-out average (linear, 2) : Shows the weighted average of product/sub-item’s stock out quantity by each date. Calculated by weighting the oldest date’s stock out quantity as 1 and, the recent date’s quantity as 2 in a linear function.
Weighted stock-out average (linear, 3) : Shows the weighted average of product/sub-item’s stock out quantity by each date. Calculated by weighting the oldest date’s stock out quantity as 1 and, the recent date’s quantity as 3 in a linear function.
Weighted stock-out average (linear, 4) : Shows the weighted average of product/sub-item’s stock out quantity by each date. Calculated by weighting the oldest date’s stock out quantity as 1 and, the recent date’s quantity as 4 in a linear function.
Stock-out frequency : Shows the number of times stock out has been made.
Variation quantity from audit : Shows the variation in quantity by subtracting the decreased quantity from increased quantity through auditing product/sub-item.
Decreased quantity from audit : Shows the decreased quantity from auditing product/sub-item.
Increased quantity from audit : Shows the increased quantity from auditing product/sub-item.
Audit frequency : Shows the number of times auditing product/sub-item has been made.
Variation quantity from move : Shows the variation in quantity by subtracting the decreased quantity from increased quantity through auditing product/sub-item on Location Mode.
Decreased quantity from move : Shows the decreased quantity from moving product/sub-item on Location Mode.
Increased quantity from move : Shows the increased quantity from moving product/sub-item on Location Mode.
Move-out frequency : Shows the decreased number of product/sub-item moves.
Move-in frequency : Shows the increased number of product/sub-item moves.
